Thank you Bradford Hills for caring for our son with dignity and patience. Our family has been blessed with the BEST placement for our son. The staff is wonderful and have worked hard at getting to know him and care for him. The nurses take time to talk to our family and listen. The dietary dept. goes above and beyond duty to meet his needs. The recreation dept. is top notch. Many people that work at Bradford Hills including the maintenence, laundry, cleaning, and barber depts. have formed friendships with our son. Hats off to the administration and social workers at Bradford Hills for helping us obtain a home away from home for Will. May God continue to bless Bradford Hills!

There was a lot of confusion because my father did not get a power of attorney due to the cost I do not recommend it it has caused so much stress for the family and the nursing home. finally things are situated and everything's going well the nursing home is excellent even if you show up after visiting hours they will let you in and I did after cleaning my father's apartment I haven't saw my father so clean in a year everyone is so nice and friendly and respectful they even gave me a pitcher of water and plastic glasses I do recommend them and I'm very grateful for all the staff that put up with my father's antics

Very astute and prompt social workers and Nurses. Mentions of: giving patients CoVid Vaccinations, connecting with area aging, chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, changing ensure to glucerna. Always answering the phone and letting us daughters speak with our Father. Emily, Jamie & Casey RN, are just a few of the many staff members that make your facility great. Stay Safe.
